Such a great class. As an instructor myself in London this class didn’t disappoint. Such a lovely studio too.
I recently started taking classes at Mighty Pilates and am consistently impressed with all the teachers and the studio. Every instructor is knowledgeable, encouraging and attentive. I appreciated that the instructors offer modifications for different fitness levels, making it accessible for beginners and more advanced students, too. The atmosphere is welcoming and the studio is clean and well-maintained. I leave class feeling energized, stretched, and strong. I would highly recommend this Pilates studio!
Very cute and clean studio. If you are looking for a faster paced and challenging class that will help build long lean lines, I highly recommend taking Derrick's Power Pilates Advanced class!
