My nephew loves it, the class is always different so the children don't get bored and learn, in addition to karate, they are taught discipline, cleanliness, respect, order, punctuality. Very professional!

I love coming here for kickboxing classes! I come to the Monday 8:45pm class and the Friday 7:00am class. The workouts are intense and a great way to let out stress. The classes are an excellent cardio, arms and core workout and at $10 they are really cheap compared to other workout classes in the city. The teacher Ryan also focuses on correct form so you won't injure yourself and thinking about what would happen in a real fighting situation. Ryan and his family are also really nice and work to make the studio a positive community. I haven't taken karate but from what I've seen the kids really enjoy the classes and the instructors are very dedicated. My mom also comes here for personal training with Ryan and has nothing but good things to say. She's actually enjoying exercising for the first time in 2 years!
