I absolutely love Rachel! I literally feel so beautiful ever since going to her and getting my lashes done. Rachel is also the nicest / most generous girl ever. My bf and I are new to SF and she recommended us so many spots and even remembers what I said I was gonna do over the weekend the last time we met. She really cares! Ok and then a few things I love about the lashes - 1. The lashes are SO SOFT. Rachel's lashes are super soft, never irritated my eyes, and very lightweight as well. As a result they look very natural, in the best way! People sometimes ask me if they're my real lashes. I wish! 2. She customizes looks for you and also listens to what you want. Ever since my first visit, Rachel has always been super attentive to what I want and what would work best on me. She prioritizes the look more than anything. 3. She is also very efficient. The lashes are perfectly applied ( I have a small bald spot on my eyelid and she somehow hides it very very well, other lash techs usually just blame it on my bald spot lol) and she can get a hybrid refill done in an hour with no problem. Love love love this place. Her lash bed is also really comfy btw. So glad I found her so I can feel pretty without makeup !!

I met Rachel a year ago after I made the decision to get eyelash extensions. The atmosphere was wonderful. I found that her service was so serene that I often have a nap while my lashes are done. The length and fullness of my lashes were perfect! They looked completely natural. Exactly what I wanted! Whenever I need to make a statement for an event. I can get my fillings exaggerated for that occasion without delay. Scheduling is fast and efficient with friendly reminders of my appointment. I love this company! Well worth it to try eyelash extensions.

Zoe has been doing my lashes for three years now and I cannot say enough positive things about her. She's such a professional and perfectionist at her craft, and I ALWAYS receive compliments about how natural my lashes look. People usually do a double take and ask if they are natural or extensions because she does such a phenomenal job!
