Looksie Optometry is my new go to place for eye exams, great choices in Eyewear, outstanding customer service and professionalism. I was able to efficiently book an appointment online a couple of weeks ago. The convenience of having the office just 4 minutes from my office was too much to resist. I prefer female professionals and that box was checked. My appointment was efficiently confirmed with appropriate follow-ups. I went in today and was greeted with a the cheerful personality of a young woman who walked me through the brief intake document while confirming my insurance details. My exam and all subsequent testing began promptly and was impressed with the new age equipment Dr. Tran has in her office. Without question, this was the most pleasant environment I have experienced in terms of addressing any Healthcare needs. when it was time to see Dr. Tran, she walked in and addressed me, .making direct eye contact (I like that) and asked about what needs motivated my visit to the office. She listened, took notes and even managed to smile, laugh and share moments of levity with me while she learning about my needs. She focused on me as though nothing else mattered and I felt special having this gifted woman dial in and be willing to be so present during my visit. we talked about family as well. She was kind and gentle as my apprehension must have been obvious. When ever I became tense she used her hand and voice to calm me so that we could finish and move to the next step. Dr. Tran provided me with takeaways that I did not need a science degree to understand. In addition, she pedged to follow-up with a report that I may share with my general practitioner. She helped my browse the wide array of stylish frames and find one that serves my needs best. The pricing was within reason and I have every reason to believe that the outcome will match my marvelous experience at Looksie Optometry today. Thank you Dr. Tran for seeing me, hearing me and being willing to be more than just another health professional. I hope others will give Looksie a try, you will not regret it!
Stopped in today to get a much needed update to my eyewear, what a treat. From our first call (my friend and I made appointments at the same time) we were warmly greeted and efficiently taken care of before we even set foot in the door. Once there, a young man and woman were in office and both were extremely friendly, efficient and most importantly HELPFUL. I literally didn't even have to think about what frames to pick! I stepped out for a phone call, came back in and had several amazing options to choose from. I would have taken them all! Thanks for the stellar service!
