Staff are welcoming and helpful, with no pressure to sign up for membership. Members appreciate the available services, including personal training, chiropractic care, massage, and acupuncture, as well as a spa and nutritionist. The gym is open during extended hours, Monday through Thursday, and on weekends. However, some members have noted that the lack of window curtains can be a problem, especially during peak sunlight hours, as it can be uncomfortable and even pose a safety risk.
