Kate Mayfield High Fitness class is the best thing ever. After a long time without going to group classes, I always wanted to try High Fitness because of the exercises, dance and music. Since the first class I can't be happier. Kate's energy and encouragement is above and beyond. Even on a fast high impact class, she can work with all of us in our own pace. My boyfriend notices how energized I feel after Kate's class. And I am getting better at every week. High Fitness with Kate Tuesday 5:30 at the Castro location. That's the place to be!!!!

Bailey has been super helpful from start to finish in my fitness journey here in SF. I moved here for a few months and the whole staff was super informative, friendly, and motivating. They have a great culture and go out of their way to make the member experience superb!
