Requested style: My friend & I were walking down Mission St. & spotted Lian's Nails & decided to give them a try.
The place was empty, so we thought that was great cuz we could get our
Pedicures right away with no wait time & together, at the same time!
1ST the foot bath was cold, so I asked can she Please add some warm water to the foot bath, she kinda had attitude about it... 2ND I would say my feet were in the foot soak for 60 seconds the most! (Which will do nothing)
3RD she cut my toenails pinching my skin...
4TH she did not file Nor buff my toenails Or push the cuticles down!!! (Something that is normally done with All pedicures)
5TH she was just going to start to paint my nails & I asked her about the Pumice Stone for my Heals as I SEE my friend getting done to her heels by her nail girl, SHE ACTUALLY TOLD ME I CAN DO IT IN MY OWN SHOWER!!! I told her I would like it done w/ my pedicure, so she HANDED ME THE PUMICE STONE & TOLD ME TO DO MY OWN HEELS MYSELF!!! (Which I Actually DID Myself!!!!! I am 50 yrs old and been getting pedicures for Many Many Yrs & was Never told I can do it in my own shower when I got home!!!
So now she proceeds to paint my toenails w/ my own polish, then tells me to go sit over by the fans...
As my friend was in other chair I watch her naillady,
file and buff my frds toenails & push down her cuticle. Her naillady Also used the Pumice Stone on her heels & Gave her a Foot & Leg Massage & and gave her a top coat after she polished her nails!!!! (WHICH I ALSO DID NOT GET)
REMEMBER WE SAT IN THE CHAIRS TOGETHER @ THE SAME TIME & I WAS DONE 15 MINS WAY EARLIER!!!!
THIS PLACE IS A DISGRACE AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN ASAP!!!
Please DO NOT give them any more business, you will be Very Disappointed!!!!

Two weeks ago I did my manicure and pedicure. the pedicure went wrong I got an infected toenail. I'm still in pain. I do not recommend this place, ?You are getting what are you paying for.Service: Pedicure

I don't know, why this place has 3.7 or 3 stars..... Horrible the manicure, they don't clean and paint well the nails, they are so fast but the work with the nails neeehhhh....
