If I could give more stars I would! Laura is the bomb when it comes to massage and she knows her stuff. I got my first professional massage from her over 15 years ago and no one has given me a better massage, She is very in tune with the body and is healing. If you have neck shoulder rib problems like me you should make an appt right away. I always book for longer than I think I will need because I always need more time. A few times when I have gotten massages from other people like in the wine country the massage person has made my body worse and then I would go to Laura and she would massage the mess out of me. I searched for a massage therapist to help with functional issues for years without success (my arms hate my computer heavy profession and lifestyle). When I finally got a recommendation to try Laura, my expectations weren't high, but I scheduled an appointment anyway. That was well over a year ago, and I have been seeing her ever since. She has removed all pain from my forearms and wrists, helped me recover from Bell's Palsey, and my trainer is amazed with how she has made my body function better. I cannot possibly recommend her highly enough if you're looking for a massage therapist for functional improvements.

Laura is a gifted massage therapist. I've been going to her for more than 15 years. She gets at underlying imbalances in a way that gets things working better, and prevents my aches and pains from coming back. She has strong hands, she knows a range of techniques, and she listens well and seeks to understand what I need. Beyond all this, what I find particularly remarkable about her is her dedication. She researches, she suggests supplemental modalities, she tries a range of strategies. I feel like she's really committed to my wellness in the fullest sense of the word.
