Such an all around wonderful experience. First, Sheryl who booked my appointments and got me set up with the right package for me for my laser hair removal was so friendly, warm, and helpful. It made me immediately feel I was in great hands with such first class, genuine customer service.
Haley was my nurse who did the laser hair removal and she made me feel so comfortable and at ease during the process. I did the underarm, bikini, and lower legs. I recently had a micro-needling Potenza treatment at Laser Away and I am very impressed with the service. Nurse Polina, who performed the last sessions of the treatment, was exceptionally gentle and provided thoughtful recommendations that made me feel at ease. While I haven’t seen the full results yet, I’m confident that they will come with time. I’m looking forward to continuing my treatments here in the future!
