Washing Service is Excellent.!! Wash tried and folded a few pounds(kgs) of clothes before my flight back to Australia. Turn around was 24 hrs and clothes were in excellent condition. Excellent job.! We be using this service regularly when i am back in SF.
I contacted Kyoto Cleaners because I was looking for a dry cleaners who specialize in cleaning kimono. I have a beautiful kimono that could not be washed unless it was treated properly. Kyoto sent me a text to let me know it had arrived, updated me on the cleaning process and sent me a text when they shipped it back to me. They did a wonderful job and she looks gorgeous again. I couldn’t be happier.
I've been struggling to find a dry cleaner whom I can trust with my kimono and obi... Look no further -- I've found Kyoto Dry Cleaning!! I'm a huge fan. I've inherited some kimonos/obis that were stored with intense moth repellent material. Luckily when they return from Kyoto DC, they're no longer giving off those intense smells. I highly recommend their service!
