I bought the Ultracraft Apex melamine cabinets for my kitchen remodel from KitchenSync. I got a faulty quality and and they started totally shredding in 6 mos. They are supposed to be lifetime guarantee but they are not. Gary has been extremely unresponsive to me. He just doesn't return any calls or emails. After countless useless attempts, I had a friend interested in working with him so she brought up my situation in her appointment. He said he would make good. He finally emailed me back after they brought it up. "I talked with my factory rep and he talked with the factory to come up with this offer.They agreed to send replacement doors/drawer fronts for anything you want at a 50% discount off of my cost.I did the math and that comes out to aprox $ 525.00 your cost for the kitchen fronts and $ 265.00 for the bath doors/drawer fronts based on the drawings that you sent.This is for replacement fronts that would be"
