Slow shipping speed. They claim 3 to 5 business days but it’s shipped from Kentucky. As other reviewers have mentioned, they use DHL. Just use USPS first class the whole way which is 2 to 3 days? Skimming costs on shipping is not fair. I had to pay for shipping so give us premium shipping. The wait, cost $20+, hopefully it works, is probably not completely worth it in the end. Key did work great.

Great service. I just wish that buying the RDIF stickers were delivered through the kiosk right away instead of having it shipped and delivered a week later. Also just a suggestion, the KeyMe logo could be 50% smaller.

Pretty good service..they are fast and the keys were perfect.very thankful to them.I was new to the city and didn't have a car, found their kiosk in a shopping mall.Keep it up guys!
