Had a mixed experience with the kiosks. The fob that I copied worked great no problems, but the hard copy key doesn't work on all the locks. Had to get another key made at a locksmith shop.

I had a tenant moving in and the key i sent him never arrived to his previous address. I was in a jam halfway across the country. I was initially skeptical. Can i insert my key on the East Coast and have someone retrieve a copy on the West Coast? Well, it worked and saved the day! And hundreds of dollars in locksmith fees! Wow!

Keys work for the most part from these machines and when they do not, it is not hard to get your money refunded. I appreciate the convenience of these machines and accept that they are not perfect... Thanks for the help after the sale.
