I'm kinda shocked that I hadn't already written a rave review long ago. I guess I assumed I had, but now I get to rave over 23 years and multiple injuries, surgeries, and recoveries. Starting after the 19 spine procedures with a prognosis of paralysis by 2007; nope! And yes, still doing Karen's exercises today. Then a torn bicep tendon reattached 12 years ago, and with Karen's brilliant work, 100% strength and extension. Then in 2019 I tore multiple tendons, muscles, and ligaments in my shoulder in a skating accident. Completely re-built shoulder in surgery.
