As a new Agent I needed a mentor and didn't have one for 5 months I was with that office. I don't care how large Keller Williams is nationwide or whatever, I was mistreated by Management at that office. I believe if I was white or Latino or even Asian it would've been a different story. That team was cocky and showed me they didn't want a black man at that office. Everyone there acts like they're Gods and Goddesses who're untouchable. Pure MAGA atmosphere.
