For my eyebrows, she's unlike anyone else I've been to in that she calls it 'eyebrow therapy', and rightly so. My eyebrows felt like a lost cause after a bad waxing at a big name chain where they took off part of my arch and it never grew back the same. Her facials are focused on my skin goals and I love to do the 90-minute sessions because it leaves time to talk about my skin needs, learn, and relax. She never pushes products on me and I always leave feeling clean and glowing. And her make-up lesson was so fun and educational! She had me bring in all of my make-up, whereas in the past, I've been pushed to buy the make-up that the artist used. She helped me learn how to use my own tools and cosmetics for a day-to-day, slightly elevated, and glam look with just what I have and a few extra pieces she recommends (but she doesn't push or even sell herself). I absolutely love Jen and would entrust her with any skin, make-up, or eyebrow need. To top it all off, she's a lovely person who creates a lovely experience for each client, and brings passion to everything she does.
