Jeff is great! He came to our place a few weeks in a row to help me and my husband correct our workout form/posture. I love it that he uses different analogies or explanations to help me understand what the correct form should look like, and also helping me create a workout program that can help me build bone density. Super nice, helps a lot with form, very relaxed. He observed my exercises and corrected form -- gave me many corrections that the PTs were not giving me. He really helped me focus on getting proper form. Also convenient because he can visit you at home.

I've worked with Jeffrey since 2020 -- his expertise from effective workout strategies to nutritional advice is incredibly helpful. Rather than just going through a routine, he will work with you to define your goals, and will personalize the workouts based on that info. This also includes ad hoc adjustments (think adapting the workout based on input like "My knees still hurt from my run yesterday, how can we work around this?"). Since for most people, achieving one's goals is tied to nutrition too, he will also take this into account (think building out macros in MyFitnessPal or similar nutrition trackers).
