i really want to recommend JEBrown and all their associates and employees for the excellent service. I have an unusual heating system and they seem to be the only company who can work with it. I have twice had to call on them to repair issues and both times they have been prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I had no heat this time and a technician was able to come out to me within three days, was on time, very courteous, and solved the problem in less than half an hour. Thanks so much to all in this company and especially to Dave who saved the day today. Very much appreciated.

J E Brown brought the backflows on our ancient boilers up to code, and I appreciated their pleasant professionalism . They really know what they are doing, both in terms of their work and in dealing city permits. .
