Very professional staff: respectful, knowledgable, compassionate, instructional, welcoming. I love the feeling of the studio: bright, clean, organized, spacious. The location of the studio is excellent and is situated so that I can walk, ride my bike or take public transit. I only attend in-studio classes and I am SO happy that they are available and hope that, as time goes on, more in-studio classes are offered throughout the day. This place has been a haven of sorts to me and I tell everyone I know to check it out. Thank you for creating a terrific venue for your students.
Yoga practice is an essential part of my life for 35 years, 20 of them with the Iyengar method that I find so detailed, effective and safe. The Iyengar institute in San Francisco is run by professional, competent and skillful teachers that are dedicated to a wonderful community of students. Now that it is possible to have classes in person I appreciate even more the energy group and the beautiful space available.Thank you to all the teachers and staff that provide such an awesome and inspiring environment.Wally Tettamanti
Valerie and Nicole are amazing and knowledgeable teachers. I truly appreciated the step by step to get us into the different Yoga poses so we can get the whole body and mind experience. The studio and facilities are clean and beautiful. Thank you!
