Horrible place. I purchased a Groupon the first week of December 2018. I desperately needed a massage after being diagnosed with cancer and having surgery for it in November. I called 12 times and emailed repeatedly, BUT never got a response. And I am out the money from Groupon because Groupon will not return my customer service requests.

My mom gave me a Groupon for a massage here for Christmas. I called and left a voicemail and also emailed several times and never received a response. I see several other people have had the same experience, so clearly this place is just refusing to honor their commitment to Groupon. Definitely don't buy a Groupon to use here, and I wouldn't go here outside Groupon anyway since they clearly are just trying to rip people off.

I bought a Groupon here last year, and emailed in March for an appointment. No response. Texted the number a week later, (since it was a 415 number), also no response. Then I actually went to the office in person (it's a room in the Flood Building on Market St.) during opening hours, and it was completely dark. I asked the sweetest security guard downstairs as I walked out, if they knew anything about Ivy Beauty and she said, that actually she remembers a bunch of other confused women coming in and looking for the place recently.
