As a woman with MS, I have a lot of experience getting my arm poked and the IVX team in San Francisco is hands down the BEST. They’re skilled, careful technicians and good hearted people. It’s easy to get an appointment. IVX has parking (Yes, wow, IN San Francisco). The rooms are super comfy and I get blankets, snacks, WiFi, tea, pretty much whatever I need. IVX makes the unfortunate experience of an infusion rather pleasant. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Exceptional. The staff were very professional, funny, and very caring to my needs. They made sure I felt safe, and I love them for that. To Destiny, you are an amazing person. Thank you, girl.
Outstanding care and attention to detail. IVX worked behind scenes to receive timely insurance approval w/out drama! The nursing team is outstanding and very professional. Wonderful team effort!
