Shout out to Cory at Ideal for meeting at the site and educating me of the process of remediating the water and flood damage in my home. As project manager, we set up a date and he was on time with his crew and finished the job sooner than expected. We had a minor hiccup but Cory handled it with professionalism and took care of it.
Ideal was called in twice by our GCs, first when a subcontractor cut a water pipe when the roof was off during a complex re-roofing project, and a week later when the tarps on the roof-in-progress failed during an unseasonal rainstorm, and it rained in 12 places inside the house throughout two floors. It was truly a holy sh** situation both times.These people are STELLAR. Alfonso, Lulu, Jacob and the rest of the crew were highly professional, quick, caring, and amazing communicators, keeping us apprised every step of the way for a two week period. In my mind they are the Artisans of Disaster Recovery, and beyond excellent. The GC apparently has Ideal on speed dial, and now Ideal is in my own contacts list (under D for Disaster) just in case. If I could give Ideal 10 stars, I would!
