I went to Ho's Drapery since they specialize in Hunter Douglas products and I was very impressed with the front desk receptionist when I went into their showroom for advice. She's was very familiar with their products and gave me some suggestions for my specific needs: I wanted sheers for coverage, dark options to prevent glare, and the ability to open shades for full light when I need it in the front living room of my house. She showed me the Duette 3 in 1 honeycomb shades, which offered sheers, black out lining, and the ability to open upwards. I made an on site appointment with John, the owner and he came fully prepared to show me the line of shades and mini blinds for the back of the house. I'm so glad I had him install these beautiful blinds. His prices are reasonable for the high quality workmanship of the blinds and his professionalism. I would definitely recommend his services and it feels great to be able to support this local business in my neighborhood.

I was referred to Ho's Drapery to process my warranty on a Hunter Douglas roller shade, as my original dealer was no longer in business. John was pleasant to work with. He shipped the roller shade to Hunter Douglas for repair work and updated me as soon as it was returned to his store. Great customer service!

John answered all our questions about the type of blinds we needed, measured and installed the blinds within a day of their being delivered to him. He was quick, efficient, and not only do our blinds look fantastic, he also fixed some of our other blinds that painters had recently messed up trying to re-hang. We had a great experience overall!
