I had a pretty unfortunate experience. I went in for a 1 hour/long cut. My hair is curly and just past my chin (nape of my neck), but I wanted attention on curls. So I called and said should I do a 30 minute or 1 hour cut, and the lady said do 1 hour to be on the safe side. Sure.

I show up, have a talk with my stylist, show him some photos of the layered bob I want. Just an inch or two off, mostly needs shaping. He says because my hair is curly, he will need to flat iron it first. This in itself is shocking, as my curls have always been cut dry or damp.

very good service at very good price (for my cut). Easy to book and relaxing always quiet location. I've tried many others in the areas and none was like this and they charged so much more for poorer skills

Great place! I've always been very picky about my hair, which is hard to cut because it's wavy and course. Every time I come in I leave with an amazing cut. Can't recommend this place enough
