After my primary care doctor left, I needed to establish new care. I understand this. What I don't understand is why they wouldn't allow a virtual appointment for me after I explained that my young daughter is currently undergoing extensive medical treatment and I cannot leave her. They begrudgingly wrote me an order for my mammogram, without much grace on their part. As with any doctor's office, at least 50% of patient experience is dealing with the front office and they are failing there. Communication was made without any compassion.
Great integrative medical care that addresses all the systems whole body treatment. Dr jones is an amazing doctor. She really cares and gives personalized solutions and treatments She gets to the root cause
I've been a patient here since 2019 and I must say that I love my doctor. I've never know doctors, even growing up in tiny town America where everyone knows everyone and every thing about you, to be like my doctor here at IHH. I feel so grateful for the the quality of care I always receive here whether from the receptionists, schedulers, MAs, nurses or my doctor, Dr. Judith Jones. The store on the first floor is great, too. I love to have the option of truly integrating Eastern and Western medicine and that my doctor is supportive of me going to acupuncture, chiropractic, and to a naturopath to round out my healthcare team.
