I've been coming here for Muay Thai since 2020. The facilities are clean, the instructors are excellent and really care about the students, and it's a wonderful community. I highly recommend checking out this gym, and they also have fundamental classes for beginners. Great place to go whether you just want a great workout or go deeper in learning about martial arts.
Great place to work out lose some weight while learning something new. fantastic instructors, safe, and very focused on you achieving your goals. while you learn a new skill. highly recommend.
Simply the best place to learn martial arts for kids - the instructors are all high ranking black belts and many are really good with kids. Since there are several great instructors, I recommend you come on different days and observe their different styles. I can't say how this is for adults but I'm really tempted to try it myself.
