Serena is the best hair stylist I have EVER been to. She has been doing my hair for over 15 years and I will not go to anyone else. She always listens to what I want and is realistic about my expectations which I can appreciate. She has saved me from having to bleach my hair. She has also cut and done Keratin treatments on my hair countless times. She knows exactly what I want and what would look good on me. She is fun and easy to talk to. She is friendly and warm. Serena is my go to person whenever I need a haircut! I've gone to her for years now..for either a trim or a dramatic haircut change, such as a pixie haircut. I have really thick hair and she just knows how to work with it! She's helped with thinning out my hair so that it looks good with the haircut I want. She is absolutely amazing, and I completely trust her professionalism with my hair. She always makes an effort to ensure that I love my haircut during and after. Serena is an amazing stylist! I stumbled across her salon one day when I was on my lunch break. Serena was able to fit me in that afternoon and she gave me the best cut I have ever had. I would highly recommend her to anyone. I will definitely be making another appointment with her soon. She was extremely friendly and personable. She made me feel very comfortable and the salon is very clean. Thank you Serena!
