I have been going here since 2003 and have never encountered a single negative issue. The couple that runs the place are wonderful, always positive and polite and totally on top of their game. It's pretty striking that in over a decade, they've never lost a single article of clothing or even damaged one. The prices are fair and competitive and they always deliver on time with great results. What else could you want? I am really happy to support local neighborhood businesses like these.

This place has treated me pretty well for my laundry I mean they keep the facilities pretty clean but it's just such a pain when they don't have any quarters I know it's not their fault that it's just a hassle I don't know why the banks can't help these people out

After moving to the Mission to an apartment without laundry facilities, I struggled to find a convenient solution. The other laundry services left my clothes with a weird smell. This isn't even the closest one too my place, but I still hike here once a week for my regular washing!
