This place is amazing! Grace is probably the hardest, most honest woman I know. And does the best braids ever. I've had my hair braided since I was 19 years old. I am 64 She has done the best job ever. Great salon beautiful people, honest and great work.

I came to Grace & Mercy Beauty Salon to get my hair braided and it was an outstanding experience. I haven't had braids since I was in high school so it was nerve rack ing trying to find someone to do it well. Miss Grace is a very kind and very professional and I could not be happier with the way my hair turned out. She's an expert in brother locs and sister locs but she's also great with cornrows and other styles of braids in general. My braids stayed fresh for such a long time and I look forward to visiting on a regular basis. Highly recommend visiting Grace & Mercy regardless of gender because the service is the best in the Bay!

Tammy did such an amazing job! I got two Dutch braids with extensions. My hair is short and really soft which makes it pretty hard to braid without a ton of product. I haven't had the best experiences in the past but with Tammy's magic touch my hair came out perfectly. It's exactly what I wanted! She kept sanitizing everything which made me feel safe during coronavirus. Clean, professional, and clearly talented. I'll definitely be back to see her.
