Each time I go to Geoff I kick myself for not going more often. He is a true healer and really cares about the well being of his clients. He has a deep understanding of how muscles and tendons are connected and precisely how to work them for optimal release.
I've been going to Geoff for over a decade now. I do see others from time to time but I always come back. Need I say more? Well, since you asked, I can say that he is amazingly intuitive. He works out my kinks gently and only goes deep when he know I'm ready.
Taking a moment to recognize Geoff as an extraordinary talent. After a transatlantic flight my lower back was extremely displeased with me and taking no prisoners. Geoff kindly made space in his day to cocoon me in his cozy studio, releasing all the tensions of the flight and the stress of daily life. I felt like my feet were not touching the ground afterwards. Always professional, Geoff makes sure to 'check in' with your preferences regarding pressure, heat and oil, etc. Do yourself a favor and put yourself in his capable hands.
