Andy is a great person to work with; he's flexible, responsible, and knowledgeable. I worked with Fay Construction as a Subcontractor on a few projects already. Owners are always amazed by his work. I as a G.C. recommend him as a General contractor.

I cannot recommend Andy Fay more highly. He is just fantastic to work with - the work is top notch, and he is just an all-round, professional, wonderful human being. Andy and his crew remodeled our little Victorian house that needed a new foundation and new everything, with the exception of 2 rooms. Now our home is gorgeous, and we couldn't be happier! I'm so grateful to Andy for our beautiful home.

We worked with Andy Fay on a full home remodel in San Francisco. He came recommended from my realtor, and we had a great experience working with him. He worked closely with our architect from the beginning of our project, and was responsive, friendly, and most importantly did great quality work and stayed within budget. All of his work passed city inspections on the first time too -- he has been in this business 20+ years and knows what he's doing. I don't think many people can say they trust their contractor, but I trust Andy. He was always looking out for ways to save us money without compromising quality, and always consulted with us about different options and the pros/cons. And he was responsive to small things as well, like when the port-a-potty was broken into, Andy showed up the next day on a weekend and reinforced it with a stronger lock. He kept the project on track while still paying attention to small details to make it overall less stressful for us. I can't recommend Andy enough, if you are looking for a contractor and he's available, you will be lucky to work with him.
