Corey D. was absolutely amazing. Super clear in his explanations, professional, and patient with my family and their limited English. He made us feel at ease and was wonderful during these stressful times. We had a flood from leaving a faucet running in the bathroom that caused a lot of damage since it wasn't noticed for more than a day.
Wanted to leave a quick review just calling out the awesome consultation appointment I had yesterday. Justin was the person who came to my house to look at the water damage and give me his opinion and an estimate. He was super thorough in explaining what he thought the appropriate solution was. I appreciated him going through the details of not only what he suggested by why he suggested what he did. You can tell he really loves what he does, is extremely knowledgeable and just a good human. This is in regards to an assessment/evaluation visit from Lou.
If I could give 10 stars, I would and I have never said that in any review I've ever written! Lou was the kind of person that was your buddy from middle school who you hadn't seen in decades who ended up getting their degree in restoration from an Ivy League... if that can give you a picture! Besides being very professional and courteous, Lou was so easy to talk to from the start and you could tell he's one of these people that actually enjoys his job. He liked explaining every step of how he examines the damage and was even happy to use a second type of device when we requested him.... read full review
