I am a hard sell, and man did I walk out with the most amazing perfume! Yamel, was absolutely fantastic and such a considerate person! He listened to my desires, and he offered such great options! I am blown away! Bee was such a help offering a matching candle, they are such a great team! Cannot rave enough!!!

Dropped in during the Fillmore Street Fair and Patrick was a rock star. My girlfriend wasn't familiar with the brand but Patrick was wonderful and patient. Excellent customer service!

If I could give this store and their staff 6 stars, I would. I have been a fan of Diptyque products for a while now and have a number of their candles in my house and wanted to share this brand with certain colleagues who were deserving of a gift. I went into the store yesterday and Paris helped me figure out this process end to end very quickly as I was in a rush and I am serious when I say: It was one of the best shopping experiences of my life as I got exactly what I needed, efficiently and Paris and his colleague went above and beyond to accommodate my gifting requests.
