Only go if you have extra $$$ laying around. Dignity Health charged me $960 extra when I went in with knee pain. They say its because the doctor spent more time looking at my knee. They just add a bunch of made up services on there cause they know you cant do anything about it! I'm trying to fix it with them, now they sent to collections. Better off with another doctor IMO

Wow. Aside from just really awful medical service, they bill more than 5x more that any other normal medical facility. I have incredible insurance but they still bill dramatically in excess. Avoid at all costs. Plus read the press, as a catholic organization, they've repeatedly deterred and hurt women's right to access for pregnancy termination. If you're prochoice, or pro-women, stay away.

I visited the Physical Therapy department. They were slowly helping with hamstring tightness and pain that was keeping me from running. The service was okay. My major complaint is the cost of service versus the amount of care one gets. My evaluation was over $200 after insurance and subsequent appointments were almost $200 after insurance. I was pretty shocked and called up the billing department to see where the cost was coming from. I was told that was the bill and who cares if others were cheaper. I know I shouldn't take it personally, but I felt like not a patient but a customer paying a utility/internet bill. For that amount of money I could of gone to one of the high end PT places in the city who don't take insurance. I stopped going to DH as I would of gone broke trying to fix my running problem. My advice is to ask up front about costs; you could be left with a very painful bill.
