I recently attended one of Peter's workshops. My camera had been stuck in 'AUTO' since I bought it. There's more to the camera than that but I didn't know what (and I couldn't decipher what the manual said!). But by the time I'd done Peter's workshop I knew so much more and felt comfortable using the manual to answer any questions I had. It wasn't only the technical that Peter taught us, at the same time he gave us insight as to how to 'see' better when taking a photograph. My wife and I finally realized that good photography was more than just taking shots in auto mode and uploading pictures. We had also had it with the "resolution warnings" when we went for enlargements of our best shots. We made the commitment to go with two of the same Nikon DSLR cameras so we could learn together on the same equipment to up our quality of photography. A friend of ours who turned his amateur photography into a successful wedding photography business recommended that we take classes from Peter Diggs (as did our friend) to get a thorough understanding of our equipment.
