I'll admit, I was skeptical of this workout. It sounds a little too good to be true. But after only three weeks of training with Erin, I already feel a difference in my body. I'm stronger and I feel better. I can't say that I've dropped any sizes yet, but my clothes are fitting differently. Erin is a great personal trainer. She has a calm demeanor that I like and she gives a gentle encouragement that I find helpful. I leave feeling euphoric and peaceful, and not at all sweaty and gross like most workouts. I would definitely recommend Erin and Desisto Strength Training to anyone.
The strength training available from David Desisto is superior. Fast easy challenging and caring!He takes care that you will suceed and not get injured. His system really works to make you strong and confident. It really works as I recently experienced as I had to prevent a fall of my 93 year old mom.( She had to have a sleep disordertest and there were tons of wires that she had to wear at night during the test and diagnosis. )I learned that even at 2am I could leap upand physically keep her walking upright to get her SAFEFULLy to the bathroom....no injuries no worries!I am so grateful to David Desisto and his regimen for strength training.Try it. You can keep succeed.
This is an awesome gym with great trainers. Unlike regular crowded and noise gyms, you can focus on your workout in a nice calm atmosphere. They especially focus on Superslow protocol with specialized Nautilus equipment. Highly recommended !!!
