I like going to and having a good massage, but again here's another massage establishment that seems to standardize their tipping practice. TIPPING. IS. OPTIONAL.It's my first time here, had a fairly descent 30 minute foot massage. It's a budgeted experience for me. I. Get. It. I was so relaxed by my foot massage session; paid the stated price (cash was more ideal) vs. on a credit card which costed more. But, I don't appreciate the owner/staff and management diminish the overall experience by automatically collecting a 20% tip when I'm paying cash. The place smells like stale tobacco a bit.The guy who massaged me was just ok, he kept talking to others while massaging me.Even though they didn’t need me to take my clothes off, I preferred they close the curtains but he didn’t and I felt uncomfortable.At the end he was unhappy that I’m tipping %15 and aggressively said I have to pay %20 tip!I hope they improve for next time.

I love this place! I have fibromyalgia and therefore suffer from chronic pain. I love that this place is affordable and I can have longer and more frequent massages as a result. Is it a comfortable and relaxing environment? Not really, but I'd rather pay for a great massage. The last few times I have gotten a massage with Tommy, and he is great.
