I have had many, many massages in my life, and this one was among the best. Deborah knows her stuff. No unnecessary chitchat, just cuts to the chase, in a professional way. Works through discomfort, without hitting unbearable pain -- good intuition to push the limits without going over. Therapeutically solid results -- not a feel good rundown, but actually stretching and realigning the muscles. Well done.
I've been getting body work by Deborah for about 6 months now and I always feel renewed a few days after a massage with her. I wish I could afford every month but I go every other month and it is totally worth it. The massages are deep and releasing so a good breathing practice has helped me during the sessions. I keep a lot of stress in my body so it can be uncomfortable when it's released.
All I can say is wow! If I could make this review 10 stars I would. I have multiple injuries that are inoperable (double severed rotator cuffs) and have already had some major surgeries performed on my body, I have experienced many different body work providers. Deborah is one of if not the best I've ever experienced. Her professionalism is beyond amazing. Her technique is very unique which is what makes her massages so incredibly effective. I will be going to see her on a regular basis. Also, she is very intelligent and compassionate. She truly is one of a kind.
