Very clean and secure. Very nice hotel !Nearby activities: Close to stores, restaurants, transit options.Safety: Lots of safety features in place in the hotel and parking.Walkability: Close to coffee shops, restaurants, and transit options.
I paid for 1 night of parking and was charged $1,151, yes one thousand one hundred fifty one dollars. The problem was quickly acknowledged and will be fixed (in 3-5 business days), but unbeknownst to me everything else I purchased with my debit card for the last 24 hours (food and drinks on the night of the Super Bowl, baggage check, souvenir for my daughter) resulted in me receiving multiple overdraft fees from my credit union and I won't get reimbursed over $200 for that. Hotel is nice, staff is friendly, Mel's Kitchen is a great place to eat. Nice place to stay until they severely over charge you for something. My favorite hotel when visiting San Francisco! I travel to SF for work at least 4x a year and had been bouncing around to different hotels with each lacking key elements. This Courtyard has a great boutique feel where they didn't overlook a single detail right down to the HVAC vent covers and designs of door handles and railings. The rooms are laid out well and I love that the black out curtain slides from one side of the room to the other without having a crack in the middle where light streams through.
