I want to preface this by saying I'm not getting anything out of writing this review. I've just had such a great experience with Cournale & Co and wanted to share my experience. I've been living at one of their properties for about a year now and they are a fantastic rental management company. They're very responsive to any issues we ever have. The moment a work order goes in, we hear back from them in a very timely manner. I've lived in some pretty terribly managed buildings before so I'm incredibly appreciative of how attentive C&C is with us.

I would say this company is your standard property mgmt company. They were friendly upon move-in, etc. We didn't have really any issues while we were there with the mgmt. We did get Fiber installed and needed mgmt's approval to do so. The timeframe and ask from us was reasonable for the installation with Sonic (Best ISP ever btw). When we moved out we got charged a bit excessively on the move out (so think paint, etc.) This seems like a small thing so it's very gray in the rental market on what is right and appropriate. We really loved the unit/location but communication was lukewarm during our tenancy. It really dropped off when we told them we were moving out and moving cross-country. All of the sudden they were even less helpful, friendly and communicative. Their recommended contractor was SO kind and helpful - the difference between the contractor's demeanor and Erston's during the move out process was really surprising. I would probably rent from them again if I could go back (especially if I could work with someone other than Erston).
