Kira was amazing!! Great energy, and stayed after class to give me extra tips as I had questions since it was my first time doing yoga. She was a phenomenal instructor for my first core power class as she added extra elements such as fanning us after class. As for 4 stars, I will say the room smelled pretty bad at certain moments when my face was close to the back/the ground, and you have to bring your own towel and mat! (which i'm not used to since i mostly do Barry's and pilates where they provide all the equipment needed) Overall I'd recommend, esp if you want to do a workout and yoga in one.
