We met and reviewed our options. We signed for everything required for cremation. They picked up my son and handled everything. I am grateful for this service. They have been very kind and helpful in this very difficult situation. I had no problem picking up my son’s ashes. Thank you for your services.

Beware: They lied about the denial of waiver of $700. Fee to the city and tried to get me to pay them the extra fee. Located in the Mission District. This company pulled a couple slippery moves on me i think because they knew i was in Texas at the time i had to make the arrangements. They must have thought i would not double check on their actions. Once they told me my request was denied, i drove 2 days directly to the city medical examiners office to check on the denial of my request for waiver of the $700 paymment to the city.
