Dan's business has a motto: "Let Hendel Handle It"! We did and our SF home sale couldn't have gone better. We currently live in Seattle, having converted our Sherwood Forest home into a rental property ten years ago. Dan immediately jumped into action following the tenant's move out and handled every aspect of the repairs, upgrades and staging that he recommended prior to listing. He obtained multiple estimates, managed the contractors, advised us without any pressure exerted, and had the house ready to list in mid-January, 2020. He's a master of open houses and marketing, even preparing gourmet lunches at his broker's open house and snacks at others. Two very busy and successive weekend open houses led to 11 offers, all over the listing price, within 12 days after listing. The top offer, 25% over listing, was with a "clean", strong buyer. We closed 30 days later in late February without a single glitch in between.
