I had a good experience here. Both Clara and Roman were nice enough to help me with purchasing of my glasses. Thete was a problem with my order at one point but it was quickly resolved. Roman was a little irritated but Clara was able to smooth things out and get them done. I would come back here again, but I don't live in the area any longer...Only if I decide to say hi to Clara.

I like this place very much. Klara and Roman are great professionals and treating their customers with respect and trying to attend all their needs. They redid my lenses several times and I love my glasses! I really have a really clear vision!

Clara saves the visit! This shop is located at a bus stop that I frequent. Since January I've window shopped their selections, noted their hours to plan my visit.With my wife in tow we visited at first not so good, rather than forcing my business on the store associate. I told my wife I don't feel good here. We got up to leave. That's when Clara stepped in. Without missing a beat she suggested several frames while i shared my criteria.My needs ,expectations and value as a customer were met. Thanks to Clara and my wife, I will have a very sleek, professional and well appointed eye game in a few weeks..
