We had a major bathroom leak and blockage from an unknown cause. One contractor came out and didn't really know what to do. He ultimately flaked out. Then I called Johnny at Citywide. He came in two hours and methodically analyzed the problem, cutting access holes as needed and snaking the pipes without solving the problem. Then he looked outside and noticed the external drain pipes were the likely problem. It was the source of the blockage and the leak. Replacing the rusted clogged pipe fixed the problem. He also dealt with two slow running shower drains that were easy to fix. Price was a bit steep but he did a very good and professional job.

So we decided to get real plumbing pros to do it.I reached out to Citywide based on their Yelp! rating, and I'll get to the details, but they earn every star. Citywide responded very quickly to my request for a quote and scheduled a free estimate with zero complications. Johnny's visit was helpful, courteous, and informative. I was looking for advice on how best to maintain our home's prone-to-clogging pipes, and he offered a realistic assessment. Johnny spelled out the pros & cons of several options, and offered verbal estimates for each.In the end, I decided to pause my plans to do maintenance work, with new confidence from Johnny's evaluation of my situation. It's great to know I can call them in the future. Thanks, Citywide!
