Excellent driving instructor; couldn’t recommend highly enough. Gordon is thorough and meticulous, and carefully drills all the driving weak points until they are mastered. In addition, he has extensive knowledge of the DMV test routes and will prepare you so there are zero surprises on the actual test. Prices are reasonable and he’s generally pretty available.If you want your hand held and to just be told everything will be fine, feel free to go to some other driving school. But if you actually want to pass the test on your first try and become a competent driver as fast as possible you should call City Driving School.10/10

Gorden was very responsive to my calls and voicemails for appointments for driving lessons..He picked me up promptly for my lessons, always calling beforehand to let me know he was on his way or at my home..3 lessons later including one right before taking my drive test and I passed to renew my license. I only missed by one point, because I took the middle lane on the way back to the DMV making a right turn instead of immediate right lane.. Gorden had told me several times, but I got nervous on way back when taking the test with the examiner. I knew it right after I did it, but hey ..it was only one point.. I was more worried about backing up in a straight line on a busy street and nailed that, so I'm happy. Gorden even took me to my DMV test, walked me through to the clerk at the window I needed to report to for the test. He spoke to the staff, helped with paperwork, etc... Since he allowed me to use his car, we had to have proper documentation. We also did a trial run through of where we had to go inside the DMV the week before. Gorden waited so patiently for me during and after the test at the DMV. Gorden was very calm when teaching me. He gently told me when I made mistakes, always reviewing things like turns or backing until I got it right. He took me through the test course multiple times and the freeway. I highly recommend him to others. Thank you so much Gorden for all your help! So relieved! Maureen

I just passed my driving test today. I will give all credit to Mr Wong my driver instructor he was very nice, the way he teaches is so amazing and very easy to understand he will make sure that you have the right confidence before the test. Very Professional!!!

P.s: Don’t choose other instructors only because they are cheap I wasted some money only because I thought they are cheap but deep inside I was never satisfied and when I contacted Mr Wong from City school his rates were reasonable and I took only 4 classes and passed in my first attempt.
