    I've been a customer for 10+ years. This bank use to be great. Customer service was wonderful. Now it's terrible. Payment services are inconsistent. They've mistakenly frozen my accounts and not told me about it. It cost me hundreds in fees with third parties, and they still haven't apologized or even admitted wrong doing. I'm moving all my money OUT of Schwab now.

    No help at all. I had a question about a charge to my account. The representative had no info so he cancelled my card. I talked to another representative later that was able to explain the source of the charges.

    I have noticed clearly for years what seems clearly dishonesty and them swindling money from me in various ways, things that didn't add up as well as other things I highly suspect were not honest. If you don't believe me go to BBB and read all the tons of complaints about them over the many years and the true thieves they are! People losing huge sums of money unfairly treated by them is all the prove you need! The evidence is overwhelming! I had to learn the hard way. They also stopped fees for awhile to keep up with Robinhood, but the quickly added fees and commissions back. Are there really anymore good, honest people in the world?
