I’ve been a customer of Raj and Castro computer for fifteen years. I’ve always been externally happy with the service, advice and custom hard drives that Raj has built for my company. He’s also great at the basics like virus removal.
Raj is awesome- my hubby and I share the same Apple ID/iTunes account for our old iPhone 8 and we had some log in security issues since 12/30/23 and Raj was very reassuring and helpful and fixed the issues (he was booked but was able to squeeze me in for today) I will be having him update my old laptop soon
I called Castro Computer Services this morning (Sunday) at 7am. Didn't expect to get anyone on the phone and thought I'd leave a message. To my surprise Raj answered and walked me through fixing a problem resulting from a microsoft update which blew away my display. I am very grateful. Thank you Raj!
