We love our new built-in dresser. It was designed with input from Monika, she was incredibly helpful and patient with decisions on size, choice of drawer fronts (plain, shaker, texture [linen]), and hardware. It is a very tall and large dresser, and enough space for our clothing. The only challenge with project was the timeline to have it installed. I dropped a star because their customer service for installation could have been better. I had ok'ed the date of installation via telephone and then missed an email to confirm (no follow-up call or email), so our installation was dropped their schedule and was pushed another few months out. We had messy disorganized closets until Sarah consulted on our needs, asked questions, made design revisions based on our feedback. We ended up with beautiful organized and functional closets.
