My husband and I tried very hard to get an appointment because friends said great things about this firm. We waited for 3 days before the office manager, Majella, finally returned our call. Although it was mid February, and I understand she was busy, she was cold and dismissive. We had a tax return of well over $500,000 and she treated us like we were bothering her to even ask for an appointment to get our taxes done. Not a good impression. At all. I honestly felt humiliated. Maybe they really are good CPAs, but I won't try again until Majella has left the firm.
